Customer Relations - OBJECTIVE

To ensure cent percentage customer satisfaction by makin sure that all the consumer complaints, service requests/queries are registered, acknowledged and addressed efficiently by routing the same to the respective responsible offices (if required) and to follow-up and update the status to the consumers, till it is completely resolved and acknowledged.

Milestone

KSEBL implemented the Cloud telephony Services on 17th May 2023 with the help of service providers M/s. Airtel with the mobile number 9496001912. Any number of consumers can register a complaint/service request/get billing info, via Call (IVR) & WhatsApp without any manual intervention or waiting in a queue. Consumers can register No power supply complaints without the need of a smartphone by sending an SMS to 9496001912 in the format: NP. An automated voice callback facility - "VOICE BLAST" was also implemented along with the above services to provide disconnection alerts to consumers one day prior to their disconnection date. Consumers will receive this automated voice callback alert from the phone number 8048214203.
