E.B Vigilance Section is working under the office of the Chief Engineer (Human Resource Management) mainly dealing with the processing of disciplinary proceedings against the employees of and below the rank of Assistant Executive Engineers and Assistant Accounts Officers.
This Section deals with various appeal petitions against the orders of lower disciplinary authorities such as Deputy Chief Engineers, Executive Engineers, etc.
This Section prepares statements of facts in Court Cases related to disciplinary cases.
Vigilance clearances in respect of the employees for various purposes like obtaining Passports, Promotions, Retirement / Pensionary benefits, etc. More than that, this Office also accords sanctions for the employees to indulge in extracurricular activities, contesting in elections in various co-operative bodies, literary works etc.
This Section also collects Property Statements of employees of and below the rank of Assistant Executive Engineers and Assistant Accounts Officers.
Gradation Section is entrusted with the preparation of a seniority list of both Executive and Ministerial Staff in the regular service of the K.S.E.Board.
