Corporate Service Center (CSC)

In a bid to enhance customer service and streamline payment processes, Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL) is proud to introduce the Corporate Service Center (CSC). This dedicated center, located at the Centralised Customer Care Centre (CCC) in Vydyuthi Bhavanam, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, is designed to cater to the needs of our valued corporate consumers.

The CSC offers a hassle-free Single Window Payment solution exclusively for corporate clients who have more than 10 KSEBL consumers. This initiative aims to simplify the payment process and improve efficiency in managing your electricity bills. Here's everything you need to know about the CSC:

Payment Options: Corporate consumers can make payments through the following modes:

  • Demand Draft (DD)
  • Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)
  • Bank Transfer to A/c. No. 67347361535

Important Banking Details:

  • Beneficiary: Chief Engineer (IT&CR), State Bank of Travancore
  • Bank Address: KSEB Admn. Complex, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram
  • IFSC Code: SBT0000493

The CSC facility operates during regular office hours on all working days. To ensure a smooth payment process, corporate consumers are required to submit the following details at the CSC:

Payment Information:

  • A list containing 13-digit consumer numbers, prioritized according to your requirements
  • The respective bill amounts for each consumer

Additionally, please include the following payment details:

  • Bank Name
  • Branch Name
  • IFSC Code
  • Transaction Date
  • Transaction ID/Receipt No.
  • Date
  • Amount

For added convenience, corporate consumers can also submit the bill amount and the amount payable for each consumer via email. Simply send the necessary information to csc@kseb.in.

Payment Allocation: The paid amount will be allocated as follows:

  1. Reconnection fee (RF)
  2. Surcharge
  3. Arrears (if any)
  4. Current bill amount

Billing and Payment Policies: Please be aware that disconnection due to non-payment of bills, surcharges for belated payments, and other relevant policies will be applied in accordance with Supply Code 2014.
