Things to know

1.	Service Name	Phase Conversion
2.	Description of the service	Conversion of existing service from single phase to three face or vice versa. (LT/HT)
3.	Eligibility conditions of applicant for availing the service (if any)	The applicant should be the legal owner/tenant/occupant of the property/building.
4.	Fees applicable and payment options available	Application fees: Rs. 25/- plus GST; IF/TF: Rs. 50/- plus GST If conversion of phase is feasible, the consumer shall:- pay an additional security deposit, expenditure for alteration of service line and apparatus, if any, required to be made, and the cost to be borne by the consumer for modification of distribution system if any, within fifteen days of receipt of the demand note. 5.	Designated Officer/Office for service delivery	Assistant Engineer of the concerned section office
6.	Online application processing procedure and process flow	Create an account with KSEBL by registering in the KSEBL Web Self-Service Portal - wss.kseb.in. Apply for Phase conversion by logging in and uploading the necessary documents.
7.	Service timeline	From LT single phase to LT three-phase or vice-versa: within forty-five days from the date of payment of necessary charges by the consumer. From LT to HT or vice-versa: within one hundred and twenty days from the date of payment of necessary charges by the consumer.
8.	Comprehensive list of required documents	Proof of Identity Test cum Completion certificate issued by a licensed contractor.
