  1. The applicant should be the legal owner/tenant/occupant of the property/building.
4. Fees applicable and payment options available
  1. SINGLE PHASE: Application fees: Rs. 10/- plus GST; IF/TF: Rs. 25/- plus GST
  2. THREE PHASE: Application fees: Rs. 10/- plus GST; IF/TF: Rs. 50/- plus GST
5. Designated Officer/Office for service delivery Assistant Engineer of the concerned section office
6. Online application processing procedure and process flow
  1. Create an account with KSEBL by registering in the KSEBL Web Self - Service Portal - wss.kseb.in.
  2. Apply for Tariff Change by logging in and uploading the necessary documents.
7. Service timeline

Within 7 days from the date of receiving the application.

  • Arrear or excess charges if any shall be determined based on the actual period of wrong classification and the account of the consumer shall be adjusted accordingly.  
  • If the actual period of wrong classification cannot be ascertained reasonably, the  period shall be limited to a period of twelve months or a period from the date of last  inspection of the installation of the consumer by the licensee whichever is shorter.
