Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) is actively involved in operations near the Thiruvananthapuram Housing Board Junction in Shantinagar. Starting from October 19, 2023, the offices of the Electrical Sub-Division and Electrical Section, Puthanchanta, will be operating from the KSEB office complex on Powerhouse Road.

We want to assure our valued customers that this office relocation has been carefully arranged to ensure minimal inconvenience to you. Despite the change in office location, all our services remain easily accessible. You can access all KSEB services through the portal wss.kseb.in. There will be no disruption in the door-to-door services provided to our customers by the centralized KSEB, which operates 24x7 to address complaints, including power outages.
