1. Application fees:  Rs.10/- and Advance Estimate (depends on Contract demand)

  1. Above 50kVA, but upto and including 100kVA - Rs.5000
  2. Above 100 kVA, but upto and including 500 kVA - Rs.10,000
  3. Above 500kVA - Rs. 20,000

Apply for Power feasibility through GREEN CHANNEL services provided in the KSEBL website www.kseb.in and uploading necessary documents

PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES

1. Once application is submitted by the applicant through any of the channels provided by KSEBL, the application will be received at the concerend section office were service is requested.
2.On receipt of the application form, it will be verified and the Assistant Engineer will assign an official for field inspection.
3.The assgined official will conduct site inspection, within the stipulated time specified in the Kerala Electricity Supply Code 2014 and assess the requirements required for providing requested service.
4.An estimate of works required for effecting the requested works will be prepared by the inspecting official and submitted for approval
5.As per the inspection report, sanction will be given as per the delegation of powers, if technically feasible and demand note of the estimated amount will be raised as per the cost data approved by KSERC if any works are required for effecting the requested service.

7. Service timeline

1) If extension of distribution mains is not required -within seven days from the date of receipt of application form. 

2) If extension of distribution mains is required 

(a) In case of LT service connections within fifteen days from the date of receipt of application form.

(b) In case of HT service connections within thirty days from the date of receipt of application form. 

(c) In case of EHT service connections within forty five days from the date of receipt of application form.
